INTERN
Salary of £26,000 pa.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30 or similar as agreed with management.
20 x days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays
The job role would include but would not be limited to the following.
General admin:
Monitoring the office email inbox
Answering the telephone
General office support i.e. ordering sundries, scanning and filing
Diary management
Project management:
Taking new enquiries and obtaining details regarding new projects
Generating and calculating estimates
Calculating fabric and trim quantities
Advising clients on design / cushion fillings etc as required
Placing orders for cushion fillings as required
Preparing worksheets and sending work to outworkers
Making sure that orders are manufactured according to client lead times
Checking in fabrics and trims and cushion fillings
Packing and organising delivery
Invoicing
